My organization doesn't appear in the dashboard​

There are two reasons for which this could happen:

  • You are not an admin of the organization
  • You didn't grant read access to the organization.

You are not an admin of the organization​

Unity PR Bot only allows you to modify the API key of an organization you own.

This is a security measure.

You didn't grant read access to the organization.​

It could happen that you didn't grant access to your organization when logging in through the dashboard.

The easiest step would be to go to the Authorized OAuth Apps page and remove the Unity Cloud CI from the list. Then go back to the dashboard and log in again, this time make sure that you grant access to the desired organization.
